  1. Q Do they audible to other people located a few feet away?
    A Yes they can hear, but I think it is hard to completely understand what you are talking.
  2. Q Isn't anyone bothered by the loud, irritating voice that yells at you all the time?
    A For me, i like it because I don’t have to check the phone if the device is turned on or off.
  3. Q Will I be able to hear the speakers on a motorcycle doing 60 mph?
    A I haven’t used it when riding a motorcycle but with the helmet on and the wind, it might be hard. Also it would be distracting especially when it’s a bike you’re riding.
  4. Q How is the bass sound?
    A It's not bad at all.
  5. Q does it sync well with a tv ? no voice lag?
    A Your tv must have bluetooth either built in or via a BT dongle into a usb port, if so you can pair them with no lag.
  6. Q Can you stream 2 audio sources at the same time?
    A You can pair two or more but only can only stream one at a time, the other needs to be disconnected.
  7. Q does this librate when calls come in and how do you answer calls or does it have auto answer?
    A No, it does not vibrate, there is answering button on it.
  8. Q how loud is it in a crowd, can you hear it in a crowd?
    A Depends if your volume is all the way up and crowd noise level. It is not really made for that purpose.
  9. Q I own iPhones, iPads, an samsung s20 phone. Does it works with all of my devices?
    A It uses a remote... and also is voice activated by remote... I do NOT use my iPhone with it or IPad or anything like that not sure why you would...
  10. Q The 2 roku, work fine on our tv's except can't get sound thru avr surround.tried everything,using a digital audio cable! support no help?
    A I can't help with that, I use TV's audio.
  11. Q Does this connect wirelessly to TV?
    A Hardwired to the TV with supplied HDMI cable. A wireless router or Ethernet cable supplies the feed to the ROKU box. Upgraded to this unit because of lag and freeze up with an older unit. No issues with this unit.
  12. Q Does the usb ghost really comes with this
    A Yes. It came with mine in a separate package.
  13. Q How long is the hdmi cable cord?
    A The hdmi cable is about 4 feet long but it is hdmi 2.0: But check your 4K tv hdmi cable connecter requirement as you may need to buy an hdmi 2.2 cable for 4K.
  14. Q Does the ultra 2020 model have more features than the ultra 2019 model?
    A I'm not sure, this is the first time I've owned one. I cancelled cable and very happy I did. I was worried my WiFi wasn't fast enough, my Blu-ray player was slow loading app but I haven't had any issues.
  15. Q Can the favorite channel buttons be swapped out... ie- netflix, amazon prime, disney?
    A No, but the new remote has 2 additional buttons that can be programmed to "favorites".

    A Yes

    A It is preset to have lots of channels/streaming services. You need to sign up for most streaming services. Somethings are available on roku channel for free. I don't know if it works in the basement.
  18. Q What is the model number of this 2020 unit? I see the 2019 version lists 4670R as the model number, but nothing for 2020.
    A I don't see a model number on the box. It says hd/4k/hdr.
  19. Q Is there a monthly subscription fee to access channels?
    A There is a fee for most channels. THe roku channel is free.
  20. Q Can it connect to Samsung TV
    A Yes as long as you have an hdmi port on your tv.
  21. Q Does the ultra cause wifi problems with roku wifi direct like the 3?
    A Don't know. Works fine with my wifi .
