- It is a bit quirky until you get the hang of it. Hitting the bluetooth button or turning the volume knob will wake up the unit as long as the volume is "on" The volume can be very low at low levels. You have to get the volume up to 5-6 to really start to hear it. I was confused with this at first and thought that it was not turning on.
